Would not return to this resort

The resort was in a good location A la carte dinners were good. Buffet food was not that great. Some foods served should not have been more fresh

Services were a bit poor. Felt like I had to tip every day to get good service. The whole group 0f 30 got sick after returning . I think it’s because they did not wash the bar glasses properly. Personally observed them shaking the cups around in a container of liquid then burrito g it back foe use.

We had a fabulous vacation despite the couple issues with the room. We would stay here again.

The overall resort was outstanding. It was large and well maintained and all of the staff were friendly and considerate. The shops on site were very nice and there were many options. Also, the veriety of restaurants on site for dinner were fantastic, especially the Japanese Hibachi and the steak house.

The first night the room above began leaking into our unit. I called and some came in a decent amount of time to address it, but it was not fixed, as it began leaking shortly thereafter and we needed to be moved to a different unit. It took over two hours for them to get us our new unit, and I think that if I had not been been persistent in my calling, it would have been much longer. Additionally, our new units toilet got clogged and it took several hours for someone to come fix it. I had to go to the front office after calling 4 times and being promised that someone would be up shortly. The hustlers on the beach are quite off putting and I'm not sure this should be allowed as it is distracting, especially those who are quite pushy.

Amazing beach and sandbar! Close to the airport! Authentic Caribbean vibe!

I don’t enjoy the amount of solicitors. When on vacation I shouldn’t feel pressured to buy something every time I leave the hotel room. Other than that the resort and staff are awesome!

Despite some reservations I'm regularly returning back to this hotel

+ beautiful white sandy beaches around + amazing staff (don't forget to tip them :-) + good drinks (not watered down - tested personally by my device - ask for a pure shot, if you want a proof ...:-) + beautiful palm gardens with animals + sorrento pizza by the pool, some grilled food, creamy soups in the main buffet restaurants, pancakes on the beach + strongly appreciate that local sellers, who are present in front of the main restaurant some days, are no longer pushy as they used to be in the past - big plus, I'm no longer afraid of going around ...:-))

- algae in the sea has been reduced by the installed nets in the sea plus regularly removed from the beach, however, shallow waters do not allow for swimming - just a remark, not criticism - some food could be improved - I know it's a big resort but some other hotels can prepare better food even at such a big resorts so it's doable - maybe caused by lack of staff? Buffet restaurants better than A la carte restaurants, how this is possible? - entertainment team had lost some of their best members and the level of fun used to be better in the past

Nice but not great

The beach is great. The dancers and people from Toscana and Terrace restaurants are awesome. Also the food at all of the specialties restaurants is good.

The bathroom is really old… The curtain at the shower is terrible! It’s time to invest a bit and make some improvements. At the buffet the food is not so good. Even the breakfast could be a bit better.. Maybe less options and higher quality could work. About the staff, at Rodeo and also at breakfast we didn’t have a good impression the whole week.

Most of it was good but the main buffet waitresses on the Right side no bueno!

The room cleaning lady was superb! The entertainment crew and also the kids club they were superb. The different restaurant staff were very professional, the tall Pizza guy by the pool and the buffet by the beach Excellent crew very attentive and professional.

The main buffet waitresses staff working on the right side once entering the venue they need extensive training. The breakfast crew and dinner crew ladies. They were not pleasant, they weren't cordial, and they seem not to like working there. This should be unacceptable by your standards. The first few days My family and I ate at the main buffet but after going to the buffet by the beach and the other restaurants which we love and it was a much different atmosphere and all the staff were very professional and pleasant, especially the servers.
